Thrive Together – HIV & Wellness Workshops

Free face-to-face Brisbane workshops for people living with HIV.

Looking for connection, support, and practical tools to improve your mental wellbeing? Join our HIV & Wellness workshop – Thrive Together, a welcoming series of 10 peer-led wellness workshops designed to support people living with HIV through open conversation, shared experience, and expert guidance.

  • Connect with others who live with HIV
  • Build resilience and reduce stress
  • Learn strategies to navigate stigma, relationships, and self-care
  • Be part of a safe, culturally inclusive space led by peers and professionals

All participants will be invited to complete a PozQoL survey before and after the workshops. This short questionnaire is a research-based tool that measures quality of life among people living with HIV, focusing on wellbeing, mental health, social connection, and resilience.

By completing PozQoL, participants help QPP track the impact of the program, demonstrate outcomes to funders, and ensure that future workshops are responsive to the needs of the HIV community.
