Talking about Treatment depicts real life stories of people living with HIV and aims to increase understanding that treatment options have become so effective that the virus can be suppressed to levels that are below detection – enabling PLHIV to avoid ill health and live a normal life expectancy.
Following significant research findings in 2015, immediate treatment is now recommended. Starting treatment can sometimes be an overwhelming experience, and the courageous people in this film campaign have shared their journey with HIV treatments to assist others to make an informed decision about their own health and wellbeing.
