Living with HIV can sometimes make relationships feel more complex. But healthy\, meaningful relationships are absolutely possible—and worth it. \nThis workshop explores what healthy relationships look and feel like\, how to set and maintain boundaries\, and how to communicate your needs with confidence and care. And what are the red flags to look out for when things start going wrong. \nYou deserve relationships that respect\, support\, and uplift you—just as you are. \nWhat You Can Expect at the Workshops:\n\n\n\nPeer-led\, inclusive\, and confidential group sessions\nGuest speakers with lived or clinical experience\nStrategies to support your identity\, wellbeing\, and mental health\nResources you can take home and apply in your daily life\n\n\n\nTravel support is available — just let us know in advance if you’d like assistance. \nProudly supported with funding from the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust\, these workshops are designed for people living with HIV and will support mental wellbeing\, reduce stigma\, and strengthen peer connection in a culturally safe and professionally supported space.
