Living with HIV often means navigating stigma\, silence\, rejection—or even feeling disconnected from yourself. \nThis workshop is about turning inward\, gently and with kindness. Self–love and healing are not just abstract ideas—they are practices we can choose every day. In this session\, you’ll explore what self–love means to you\, reconnect with your body and inner voice\, and find ways to speak to yourself with the same compassion you offerothers. You are not broken. You are growing. \nWhat You Can Expect at the Workshops:\n\n\n\nPeer-led\, inclusive\, and confidential group sessions\nGuest speakers with lived or clinical experience\nStrategies to support your identity\, wellbeing\, and mental health\nResources you can take home and apply in your daily life\n\n\n\nTravel support is available — just let us know in advance if you’d like assistance. \nProudly supported with funding from the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust\, these workshops are designed for people living with HIV and will support mental wellbeing\, reduce stigma\, and strengthen peer connection in a culturally safe and professionally supported space.
