Stigma can come from the outside—through the words or actions of others—or from within\, shaping how we see ourselves and speak to ourselves. \nThis Workshop is here to help you explore how stigma shows up\, how it can affect your confidence\, and—most importantly—how you can push back\, you’ll find practical tools to rebuild pride\, challenge shame\, and reconnect with your own strength and worth. \nWhat You Can Expect at the Workshops:\n\n\n\nPeer-led\, inclusive\, and confidential group sessions\nGuest speakers with lived or clinical experience\nStrategies to support your identity\, wellbeing\, and mental health\nResources you can take home and apply in your daily life\n\n\n\nTravel support is available — just let us know in advance if you’d like assistance. \nProudly supported with funding from the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust\, these workshops are designed for people living with HIV and will support mental wellbeing\, reduce stigma\, and strengthen peer connection in a culturally safe and professionally supported space.
