QPP Functions Room Hire

The Boardroom

The Boardroom is upstairs at QPP and is an excellent, multi-functional venue which can accommodate up to 12 people using a boardroom-style seating configuration.  It can be used for workshops, training days, seminars, meetings and interviews.

The room features: air conditioning, natural light, electronic whiteboard, projector, multiple laptop points, wi-fi access, mints, water, tea and coffee, kitchen and bathroom facilities, complimentary parking and telephone conference facilities.

Hire Rates +
Private individuals and companies: $30 per hour
Not-for-profit organisations*:  FREE
+This room is not available on weekends or after hours.
*To obtain the Not-for-Profit rate you must provide a copy of the ATO certificate supporting this status.

QPP Function Room

The QPP Function Room is located on the lower level of the Queensland Positive People State Resource Centre, 21 Manilla Street East Brisbane. It can accommodate large or small groups and can be set up in any configuration to suit your function. With brand new facilities, this room opens out, via 2 sets of bi-fold doors, to the large courtyard offering fresh air and sunny seating areas. This room would be suitable for workshops, training days, seminars, meetings and social activities.

Facilities include:

  • Air conditioning
  • Built in projector and state of the art sound system
  • Lectern and microphone facilities
  • Outdoor courtyard with seating (marquees available*)
  • Option to divide the room into a smaller space
  • Boardroom table, lounges, dining tables and chairs
  • Full sized kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge, oven, cooktop and dishwasher
  • Bathroom facilities
  • BBQ facilities

Hire Rates +
Private individuals and companies: $40 per hour
Not-for-profit organisations*: FREE
Surcharge $80 (This one-off fee applies weekends and after hours bookings)

+To use the room on weekends or out of business hours, a key and alarm code will be issued.
*To obtain the Not-for-Profit rate you must provide a copy of the ATO certificate supporting this status.
