We are looking for People Living with HIV (PLHIV) in Cairns, Mackay and Toowoomba/Ipswich regions, to become casual Peer Navigators. The role of a Peer Navigator is to support and guide PLHIV who are newly diagnosed or needing additional support to effectively engage in care.
We are looking for a Person Living with HIV (PLHIV) in Brisbane, to become a part-time Peer Navigator, 2 days per week. The role of a Peer Navigator is to support and guide PLHIV who are newly diagnosed or needing additional support to effectively engage in care.
Treatment Support Facilitator
We are looking for an experienced case manager to become a full-time Treatment Support Facilitator. The role of a Treatment Support Facilitator is to support PLHIV who are experiencing barriers which negatively impact their ability to commence and/or maintain HIV treatment and care.
